आज सेवानिवृत्ति जनरल शंकर प्रसाद जी ने एक  टीवी चैनल पर चर्चा में कहा कि 25-30 साल भारत की फौज सरकार से कहती रही कि उन्हें चीन सीमा पर सड़के, पुल, हवाई पट्टीयां व अन्य बुनियादी काम करने दिया जाए। 

उनका कहना है कि कांग्रेस की सरकारों ने अनुमति नहीं दी। जब फौजी अफसरों ने पूछा कि मना क्यों किया गया, तो उस समय की सरकार का बेहूदा, वाहियात व बेतूका जवाब था कि चीन हमारी बनाई सड़के, पुल, हवाई पट्टीयां, प्रयोग कर के भारत में घूस आयेगा। 

पहले तो यह, एक सरकार का अपनी फौज और उसके पेशेवर अफसरों पर भरोसा न होने का संकेत व उनका अपमान है। दूसरे चीन पिछले 25-30 साल से अपनी 4000 किमी की सीमा पर यह सब काम करता रहा।

लै जनरल शंकर प्रसाद जी ने आगे बताया कि न उन्हें नयें हथियार, लड़ाकू विमान इत्यादि खरीदने नहीं दिये गए। 

कांग्रेस प्रवक्ता के मुंह पर कहा कि जो कुछ चीन सीमा पर सड़के, पुल, हवाई पट्टीयां व अन्य बुनियादी काम हुआ व नयें हथियार व लड़ाकू विमान आये वो पिछले पांच छह साल में आए।

कर्नल आर न सिंह ने भी कांग्रेस प्रवक्ता के मुंह पर कहा कि एक चीन लाबी भारत में सक्रिय थी, जिसमें उन्होंने एक वामपंथी नेता का भी जिक्र किया। 

कर्नल आर न सिंह ने कांग्रेस प्रवक्ता के मुंह पर कहा कि अगर मैं प्रधानमंत्री होता तो राहुल गाँधी को चीन के दूत से ढोकलाम विवाद के दौरान बिना बताये मिलने पर और क्या बातचीत हुई उसकी विवेचना के लिए नजदीक के थाने बुलवाता और सब उगलवाता।

कांग्रेस प्रवक्ता का मुंह फक पड़ गया। 

मैं सोचता हूं कि इतने साल देश किन देशद्रोहीयों के हाथ रहा। स्वीस बैंक भर दिये, भयंकर घोटाले कर दिए, देश की जमीन, पाताल व आसमान कुछ नहीं बख्शा, यारों महान देश की आबरू व मान सम्मान के बारे में भी जरा सोचा होता, चीन सीमा पर तैयारी होती आज ही उसके नापाक इरादों पर हमारी फौज पानी फेर देती।

लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल शंकर प्रसाद जी ने आखिर में कहा कि चीन आज इसलिए परेशान है और हरकतें कर रहा है कि भारत तैयारी में जुटा है और ऐन्कर ने अंत में कहा

ड्रैगन एक चूहा लगेगा जब तैयारी पूरी होगी।

कुछ लोग पूछते हैं कि पैट्रोल डीजल की कमाई कहाँ जा रही, राफेल घोटाला हो गया, प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जी झूठ बोलते हैं। आज समझ आया कि रविशंकर प्रसाद क्यों कहते थे कि राफेल का मुद्दा किसी देश के इशारे पर उछाला जा रहा है ताकि मामला खटाई में पड़ जाए, सुप्रीम कोर्ट में क्या निकला बताने की शायद जरूरत नहीं, माफी मांग कर जान बचाई।

जवाहर लाल नेहरु ने कमला कोल को कभी अपनी पत्नी नहीं माना था और सुहागरात भी नहीं मनाई थी। कमला कश्मीरी पंडित थी यह जवाहर को एकदम पसंद नहीं थी, वैसे वो सिर्फ मुल्ले या अँग्रेज़ को ही ऊँची Race का घोडा मानते थे ।

कमला की जिंदगी एक दासी के जैसी थी जिस अबला नारी को मंजूर अली ने ही हाथ थाम लिया था । इसी कारणवश नेहरु को इंदिरा जरा भी नही सुहाती थी । अब जब क़ानूनी तौर पर इंदिरा ही उसकी बेटी थी इसलिए न चाहते हुए भी उसको इंदिरा को आगे बढ़ाना पड़ा हलाकि उसके जीते जी इंदिरा कोई खेल नहीं कर पाए थी । वो तो बेचारे शास्त्री जी इसकी बातों में आकर ताशकंत चले गए थे पाकिस्तान से समझौता करने वहाँ इंदिरा ने याह्या खान की मदद से शास्त्री जी को जहर दिलवा कर मरवा डाला था और बताया की मौत ह्रदय की गति रुकने से हो गई। कोई पोस्टमार्टम नहीं कोई रिपोर्ट नहीं। इंदिरा ने मौका पाते ही झट से कुर्सी हड़प ली थी ।

डोरवेल बहुत ही संकोच में बजाई गयी थी,
तो मैं चौंका!!
कौन होगा..?🤔
दाई, नौकर, ड्राइवर,धोबी, दादा,
या सब्जी वाला!!
सबकी डोरवेल बजाने की स्टाइल अलग अलग ही होती है।
वैसे भी 45 दिन से अधिक चल रहे अज्ञातवास में न कोई दोस्त आ रहे न कोई रिश्तेदार।

गेट पर जाकर देखा तो मोहल्ले के मंदिर के पुजारी वयोवृद्ध पंडित जी खड़े थे।
चरण स्पर्श भी नहीं कर सकते थे,
(social distance जो मेंटेन करना था) 
सो ससंकोच दूर से ही करबद्ध सादर प्रणाम किया।
उन्होंने आशीर्वाद देते हुये पुराने किन्तु साफ-सुथरे थैले से मंदिर का प्रसाद निकाल कर दिया।
हम दोनों मुँह में गमछा लपेटे एक दूसरे को देख रहे थे।
पंडित जी ने कहा कि अक्षय तृतीया भी व्यतीत हो गयी, आज मंगलवार था,
पर आप नहीं आए। 
हमने वर्तमान परिस्थिति स्पष्ट करते हुये समझाना चाहा कि स्थिति आप देख ही रहे हैं। अब तो भगवान जब सब ठीक ठाक करेंगे तभी आना होगा।

तभी पंडित जी ने मुँह से अपना गमछा हटाया, वे धीरे-धीरे सुबकते हुये बोले कि आप लोगों के दान और चढ़ावे से ही मेरे परिवार का भरण पोषण होता है.....एक महीने से सब बंद है...भूखों मरने की नौबत है।

हम उद्विग्न हो उठे......अपने परिवार को कोरोना से सुरक्षित रखने की चिंताओं के बीच इनकी चिंता ही हमें नहीं रही।
हमने उन्हें शाब्दिक सान्त्वना देते हुये...घर के अंदर आने का आग्रह किया।
सूखे कपोलों में ढलके आँसू पोंछते हुये...पंडित जी ने स्वल्पाहार लेने से मना कर दिया..

हमने तत्काल मोहल्ले की परचून के दूकानदार को फोनकर महीने भर का राशन पुजारी जी के यहांँ पहुँचाने का आग्रह किया तो पुजारी जी संतुष्ट हुये।
हजारों आशीष देते हुये बार बार पीछे मुड़ मुड़कर हमें कृतज्ञ नेत्रों से देखते हुये पुजारी जी वापस जा रहे थे ।

धर्म वाहकों का भी ध्यान रखें....सड़क चलते राहगीरों से हाथ फैलाकर भिक्षा माँगने के लिए इन्हें विवश न करें। 
मदरसों के #मौलवियों की तरह कोई सरकार इन्हें वेतन नहीं देती।

आज टी वी मे प्रियंका वाड्रा के उत्तरप्रदेश मे मजदूरों के लिये तथाकथित 1000 बस भेजने पर बहस चल रही थी तो मुझे 2013 की बाबा केदारनाथ धाम  मे भीषण बादल फटने की घटना याद आ गई :- 

_आइये जानें इस आपदा में काँग्रेस ने कैसे की लोगों की मदद*_

16 जून 2013 को 

उत्तराखंड केदारनाथ में जलप्रलय शुरू हुआ जो भीषण तबाही मचा गया था। 

*_केदारनाथ में लगभग पच्चीस हजार श्रद्धालु मर गये थे।_*

तीन दिन चली इस भीषण तबाही में कांग्रेस की सरकार ने केदारनाथ में फंसे श्रद्धालु भक्तों की कोई मदद नही की।

चौथे दिन जब इस भयंकर तबाही की खबर अंतरराष्ट्रीय मीडिया की सुर्खियां बन गई,

तब निर्लज्जता से कांग्रेस ने सहायता भेजने का एलान किया ! ध्यान रहे सिर्फ एलान किया था।

18 जून को सोनियां गांधी अमेरिका अपना किसी गुप्त बिमारी का इलाज कराने गई हुई थी और राहुल गांधी बैंकॉक में थे। मनमोहन सिंह कोई निर्णय नही ले सकते थे सो,उन्हें सूचना भेजी गई  *_तब दोनों मां बेटे_*

कांग्रेस ने बहुत तामझाम करके आपदा में फंसे लोगों की सहायता के लिये बिस्किट के पैकेट और पानी की बोतलों के आठ ट्रक रवाना किये। जिन पर सोनिया गांधी और राहुल गांधी के बड़े बड़े पोस्टर लगाकर *_मां बेटे ने_* उन्हें झंडी दिखाकर रवाना किया *_फोटो भी खिंचवाए_* गये जो अखबारों की सुर्खियां बने थे। 

उन ट्रकों को न किराया दिया गया न डीजल दिया गया था । 

आठ दिन भटककर उन ड्राइवरों ने वो बिस्किट बेचकर अपना किराया वसूल किया और निकल लिये ।

आज तक किसी को भी पता नही उस राहत सामग्री का क्या हुआ !

फिर जब वहां लाशें सड़ने लगी तो महामारी का खतरा बढ़ता देख आसपास के गांवों के लोगों ने आन्दोलन किया ।

वह भी पन्द्रह दिन बाद किया  जब लाशों से बदबू आने लगी थी। कई ग्रामीणों ने सामूहिक दाहसंस्कार भी किये लेकिन शव ही शव फैले देखकर लोग डर गये थे।

 *_तब देश के जिन प्रदेशों मे भाजपा की सरकारें थी, उन सबने अपने राज्य के सरकारी हेलिकॉप्टर उत्तराखंड की काँग्रेस सरकार को बचाव कार्य हेतु ऑफर किए थे! तत्कालीन गुजरात के मुख्यमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने भी 24 हेलिकॉप्टर देने की पेशकश की थी, मगर उत्तराखंड की काँग्रेस सरकार ने  दी गई सभी ऑफर ठूकरा दिए थे !_*  

*_अब देखे हिन्दुओ की लाशों पर कैसे व्यापार हुआ ।_*

तब कांग्रेस ने उन लाशों को निकालने के लिये एक विज्ञप्ति निकाली।

 * _ About twenty five thousand devotees died in Kedarnath ._ *

 In this terrible devastation that lasted for three days, the Congress government did not help the faithful devotees trapped in Kedarnath.

 On the fourth day, when the news of this devastation became the headlines of the international media,

 Then the Congress announced with impudence to send aid!  Mind you, just announced.

 On 18 June, Sonia Gandhi went to America for treatment of a secret disease and Rahul Gandhi was in Bangkok.  Manmohan Singh could not take any decision, so information was sent to him * _Then both mother and son *

 * Arrived in India on June 21! _ *

 The Congress has done a lot of frills and packets of biscuits to help the people trapped in the disaster…

हम कोरोना ओर lockdownमें ही उलझे रहे और उधर मोटा भाई ने जम्मूकश्मीर का बचाखुचा काम भी ढंग से निपटा दिया, गृहमंत्री अमित शाह 9 अभूतपूर्व फैसले लेने में लगे हुए थे, इस कोरोना लोकडाउन के बीच।

1. पांच लाख हिन्दू और सिक्ख परिवार जम्मू कश्मीर के मूल निवासी घोषित किये गये।


2. फारूख अब्दुल्ला, उमर अब्दुल्ला और महबूबा के सभी अनावश्यक भत्ते व अन्य सरकारी सुविधायें समाप्त।

3. जम्मू कश्मीर राज्य सरकार का जम्मू और कश्मीर विधि विश्वविद्यालय, अन्य विश्वविद्यालयों और शिक्षण संस्थाओं से नियन्त्रण समाप्त।

4. जम्मू कश्मीर राज्य सरकार का सभी हिन्दू धार्मिक स्थलों से नियन्त्रण समाप्त।

5. कश्मीर घाटी के क्षेत्रीय सक्षम अधिकारी हिन्दू और सिक्खों द्वारा 1990 के दौरान घाटी छोड़ते समय पीछे छोड़ी गयी उनकी सभी संपत्तियों पर अनाधिकृत कब्जों का स्वत: संज्ञान लेकर उन्हें खाली करायेंगे।

6. विख्यात गोल्फ कोर्स एवं अन्य सभी क्लब कश्मीर राज्य सरकार के नियन्त्रण से मुक्त।

7. सभी शिक्षण संस्थान व विश्वविद्यालय जम्मू कश्मीर के मुख्यमन्त्री के अधिकार क्षेत्र से बाहर।

8. जिन अलगाववादियों व राष्ट्र द्रोहियों को सरकारी लाभ या कानूनी सुरक्षा मिली हुई थी वह हटाई गयी। यदि वह नागरिक सुरक्षा अधिनियम 1978 के अन्तर्गत वांछनीय हैं तो अब उनपर जम्मू कश्मीर राज्य के बाहर भी गिरफ्तार करके मुकदमा चलाया जा सकता है।

9. वर्तमान परिस्थितियों में सचिवालय श्रीनगर नहीं जायेगा और जम्मू में ही स्थापित रहेगा।

जिन को गृहमंत्री ढूंढे नहीं मिल रहे थे...!  उन्हें जान लेना चाहिए कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी व गृहमंत्री अमित शाह हमेशा अपने टास्क पर लगे रहते हैं।

 "किसी भी मनुष्य के ऊपर उसके साथियों व मित्रों का प्रभाव भी विशेष रूप से पड़ता है। यदि वह किसी अच्छे परिवार में पलकर बड़ा हुआ है, उसे अच्छे संस्कार दिए गए हैं, लेकिन बाद में वह गलत संगति में फँस गया है, तो उस कुसंगति का बुरा प्रभाव भी उसके ऊपर पड़ता है, इससे उसकी अच्छी आदतें बिगड़ जाती हैं। इसलिए बच्चे के अभिभावकों को इस बात का विशेष रुप से ध्यान रखना चाहिए कि उनके बच्चे के साथी मित्र कैसे हैं ?"

We remained entangled in the corona and lockdown and while Mota Bhai also handled the remaining work of Jammu and Kashmir, Home Minister Amit Shah was engaged in taking 9 unprecedented decisions, amidst this Corona Lokdown.


1. Five lakh Hindu and Sikh families were declared natives of Jammu and Kashmir.


2. All unnecessary allowances and other government facilities of Farooq Abdullah, Omar Abdullah and Mehbooba abolished.


3. Control of Jammu and Kashmir State Government from Jammu and Kashmir Law University, other universities and educational institutions.


4. Jammu and Kashmir state government's control over all Hindu religious places ceased.


5. The Regional Competent Officers of Kashmir Valley will vacate them by taking cognizance of unauthorized occupation of all the properties left behind by Hindus and Sikhs while leaving the Valley during 1990.


6. Noted Golf Courses and all other clubs free from the control of Kashmir State Government.


7. All educational institutions and universities are outside the jurisdiction of the Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir.


8. The separatists and national adversaries who had government benefits or legal protection were removed. If they are desirable under the Civil Protection Act 1978, they can now be arrested and prosecuted even outside the state of Jammu and Kashmir.


9. Under the present circumstances, the secretariat will not go to Srinagar and will remain in Jammu.


Those who were not able to find the Home Minister…! They should know that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah are always on their task.
