हम कोरोना ओर lockdownमें ही उलझे रहे और उधर मोटा भाई ने जम्मूकश्मीर का बचाखुचा काम भी ढंग से निपटा दिया, गृहमंत्री अमित शाह 9 अभूतपूर्व फैसले लेने में लगे हुए थे, इस कोरोना लोकडाउन के बीच।

1. पांच लाख हिन्दू और सिक्ख परिवार जम्मू कश्मीर के मूल निवासी घोषित किये गये।


2. फारूख अब्दुल्ला, उमर अब्दुल्ला और महबूबा के सभी अनावश्यक भत्ते व अन्य सरकारी सुविधायें समाप्त।

3. जम्मू कश्मीर राज्य सरकार का जम्मू और कश्मीर विधि विश्वविद्यालय, अन्य विश्वविद्यालयों और शिक्षण संस्थाओं से नियन्त्रण समाप्त।

4. जम्मू कश्मीर राज्य सरकार का सभी हिन्दू धार्मिक स्थलों से नियन्त्रण समाप्त।

5. कश्मीर घाटी के क्षेत्रीय सक्षम अधिकारी हिन्दू और सिक्खों द्वारा 1990 के दौरान घाटी छोड़ते समय पीछे छोड़ी गयी उनकी सभी संपत्तियों पर अनाधिकृत कब्जों का स्वत: संज्ञान लेकर उन्हें खाली करायेंगे।

6. विख्यात गोल्फ कोर्स एवं अन्य सभी क्लब कश्मीर राज्य सरकार के नियन्त्रण से मुक्त।

7. सभी शिक्षण संस्थान व विश्वविद्यालय जम्मू कश्मीर के मुख्यमन्त्री के अधिकार क्षेत्र से बाहर।

8. जिन अलगाववादियों व राष्ट्र द्रोहियों को सरकारी लाभ या कानूनी सुरक्षा मिली हुई थी वह हटाई गयी। यदि वह नागरिक सुरक्षा अधिनियम 1978 के अन्तर्गत वांछनीय हैं तो अब उनपर जम्मू कश्मीर राज्य के बाहर भी गिरफ्तार करके मुकदमा चलाया जा सकता है।

9. वर्तमान परिस्थितियों में सचिवालय श्रीनगर नहीं जायेगा और जम्मू में ही स्थापित रहेगा।

जिन को गृहमंत्री ढूंढे नहीं मिल रहे थे...!  उन्हें जान लेना चाहिए कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी व गृहमंत्री अमित शाह हमेशा अपने टास्क पर लगे रहते हैं।

 "किसी भी मनुष्य के ऊपर उसके साथियों व मित्रों का प्रभाव भी विशेष रूप से पड़ता है। यदि वह किसी अच्छे परिवार में पलकर बड़ा हुआ है, उसे अच्छे संस्कार दिए गए हैं, लेकिन बाद में वह गलत संगति में फँस गया है, तो उस कुसंगति का बुरा प्रभाव भी उसके ऊपर पड़ता है, इससे उसकी अच्छी आदतें बिगड़ जाती हैं। इसलिए बच्चे के अभिभावकों को इस बात का विशेष रुप से ध्यान रखना चाहिए कि उनके बच्चे के साथी मित्र कैसे हैं ?"

ऊँचा उठने के लिए पंखों की

ज़रुरत केवल पक्षियों को ही

पड़ती है.....

We remained entangled in the corona and lockdown and while Mota Bhai also handled the remaining work of Jammu and Kashmir, Home Minister Amit Shah was engaged in taking 9 unprecedented decisions, amidst this Corona Lokdown.


1. Five lakh Hindu and Sikh families were declared natives of Jammu and Kashmir.


2. All unnecessary allowances and other government facilities of Farooq Abdullah, Omar Abdullah and Mehbooba abolished.


3. Control of Jammu and Kashmir State Government from Jammu and Kashmir Law University, other universities and educational institutions.


4. Jammu and Kashmir state government's control over all Hindu religious places ceased.


5. The Regional Competent Officers of Kashmir Valley will vacate them by taking cognizance of unauthorized occupation of all the properties left behind by Hindus and Sikhs while leaving the Valley during 1990.


6. Noted Golf Courses and all other clubs free from the control of Kashmir State Government.


7. All educational institutions and universities are outside the jurisdiction of the Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir.


8. The separatists and national adversaries who had government benefits or legal protection were removed. If they are desirable under the Civil Protection Act 1978, they can now be arrested and prosecuted even outside the state of Jammu and Kashmir.


9. Under the present circumstances, the secretariat will not go to Srinagar and will remain in Jammu.


Those who were not able to find the Home Minister…! They should know that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah are always on their task.
